Orders
Where is my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it. Still stuck? Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so changes and cancellations may not always be possible. Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
We are so sorry about that! Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com right away with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders via standard shipping. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days within the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time we only offer standard shipping. We are working on adding more options in the future!
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My order is past 10 business days and still has not arrived.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in original packaging with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items and personal care products such as our Pet Ear Cleaner are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be accepted. Once approved we will send a prepaid return label and full instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm approval. If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Return your current item first and once the return is approved place a new order for what you need. Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com to get started.
I am an EU customer — what are my rights?
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return their order for any reason subject to the same condition requirements. Email us at Pawvela.co@outlook.com to initiate.

Our Pink Pet Grooming Comb is currently out of stock. The Black variant is available and works just as wonderfully. Check back soon — we restock regularly!
